Our Watchdog feature continually monitors the Player's operation to safeguard proper functioning. In the event anomalous behavior is detected, the Watchdog takes corrective action to restore the system to a fully operational state. In this way, unattended operation of each display is assured 24/7.

Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides centralized control and monitoring of the entire network's display content and playback schedules. The NOC controls the system configuration, system monitoring, management of the content inventory, control of local feed elements, and content scheduling. Changes to the player's schedules or content may be made at any level - globally across the entire network, within a specified region, or solely for a single player.

Our file transmission service, delivers with exceptional efficiency and reliability. Utilizing powerful "pull" technology, each player simply connects locally and downloads new updates allowing for unlimited scalability.

Through years of hands-on experience, DDC's strong creative team combines both knowledge of multimedia and an understanding of the medium itself.

Digital Signage programming can include static images, text, animation, full-motion video, audio, or any combination thereof. In addition, dynamic data such as price changes, dates and times, or text messages can be incorporated into a message and then changed as necessary, either on-site or from the remote network operations center. Similarly, real-time data such as news, weather, sports, stock quotes, or other status information can be integrated and presented as part of a message.

A variety of multimedia elements can be used including TIFF, JPEG, MPEG, WAV, Flash, AVI, and other formats created with standard design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Corel PhotoPaint, Macromedia Director, and others. Advertisers can adapt their existing graphics, promotional films, or other content as desired to craft pieces that can best take advantage of the display environment.
